The Design Engineer will develop proposals and designs based on customer requirements and they are
subject to customer review and approval, working with various programming software, 3D and other
models, and preparing related documents for prototype design and full production.

Able to take and carry out direction. self-directed, driven for results, dependable, and willing to work as necessary to complete job.
Strong organization and problem solving skills

l Essential Duties Duties
- Work with customer to develop proposals and designs for customer review and approval. Efficiency required on CAD modeling software. Coordinate with shop floor personnel to get prototypes developed and built. Correctly develop complete 3D models of product with proper manufacturing methods in mind. Correctly detail completed models with all information needed for production. Correctly develop bill of materials for completed models. Develop custom libraries for container, rack and part design. Complete all the required data entry for the TMP (Technical manufacturing Package). Support supervisors, line leaders, management and general daily operations. Meet production requirements, putting safety of employees and equipment first.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Keep all equipment and tools in good working order, present and accounted for, and clean.
- Clear and immediate communication to appropriate personnel of necessary concerns related to product development and production; providing guidance and support as appropriate.
