Title: Automotive Restoration Technician

This is a full-time role for an automotive restoration technician of a performance auto repair & service shop located in Pine Plains, NY. The technician will be responsible for day-to-day operations, including a growing backlog of high-performance internal RestoMod project work for the shop’s owner, alongside standard auto repair work for external customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Produce high-quality workmanship on classic and exotic cars
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Ensure adherence to all industry regulations and standards
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures
  • Manage spare part inventory and a clean and organized facility
  • Maintain detailed records for all owner restoration & modification projects
  • Monitor financial performance with support from Talus team
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience working on performance restoration and modification projects
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive repair & service best practices
  • Strong customer experience skills
  • Basic financial and computer skills
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Salary: $70,000 - $100,000. Compensation based on experience.
